This page explains ChatDOC’s user referral program, including how to earn rewards by inviting friends, the rules of the program, and usage limits.

Referral Program Rules

• Referral Rewards:
  • Earn 5 file upload credits for each successful referral.
  • Maximum reward limit: 1000 file upload credits.
• Friend Rewards:
  • Each referred friend receives 3 file upload credits upon registration.

How to Participate

1. Log in to your ChatDOC account.
2. Click "Upgrade" in the top - right corner and switch to "Get Quota For Free"
3. Copy your unique referral link and share it via email, social media, or other channels.
4. When your friend registers through your link, both of you will receive rewards.

FAQs

Q: Do reward credits expire?
A: Yes, reward credits are valid for 30 days from the date they are earned.
Q: Is there a limit to how many friends I can invite?
A: No, but the maximum reward credits you can accumulate is 1000 files.
Q: What if my friend doesn’t register through my link?
A: Only friends who register through your unique referral link will trigger rewards.
