  2. Click on the avatar in the top - right corner and select "Upgrade to Pro."
  3. Choose between monthly or annual plans and complete the payment process.

  1. Lemon Payment Channel
    If you paid through Lemon, you can download your invoice directly from the Lemon platform.
  2. Other Payment Methods
    For other payment methods, please log in to the Personal Center located in the top - right corner of the platform and download your receipt from the Billing History section.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: For "Subscribe to Pro", payments via Visa, PayPal, and Alipay are accepted. Regarding "Question/File Packages", payments can be made through Visa, PayPal, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.

Q: Why did my subscription purchase/renewal transaction fail?
Try these troubleshooting steps to resolve your payment issue:

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try the transaction again.
  • If the problem persists, contact your bank to check if there is an issue with your account or if they are blocking the transaction for security reasons.

Some users have reported paying for Pro but do not see their new subscription appear in ChatDOC. We are aware of this issue and are working to ensure all affected accounts are restored to the correct state.

Q: Why was I charged again in my current billing period after subscribing for auto - renewal?
If you enable auto - renewal for your existing PayPal Pro subscription, you will be charged for the next billing period to complete the renewal service signing. This charge extends your current subscription for an additional 30 days.

If you prefer not to be charged in advance, you can refer to the "How can I request a refund?". You can subscribe again after your current billing period expires.

Q: How can I renew my subscription?
Now we support PayPal auto - renewal.
